Glutathione
Glutathione is a fundamental cellular protective molecule and the body's most important antioxidant. It
is found in every cell with particularly high concentrations in the liver, spleen, kidney, eye lens,
erythrocytes, and leukocytes. Greater cellular concentrations of glutathione are correlated with better
cardiovascular, oral, and eye health because of its ability to inhibit many of the negative effects of stress,
aging, and environment.
Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a promising candidate, as it is the key factor for preserving tissue hydration. In this
practice study, it evaluated the effect of an oral HA preparation diluted in a cascade-fermented organic
whole food concentrate supplemented with biotin, vitamin C, copper, and zinc (Regulatpro Hyaluron) on
skin moisture content, elasticity, skin roughness, and wrinkle depths. Twenty female subjects with healthy
skin aged 45 to 60 years took the product once daily for 40 days. Different skin parameters were objectively
assessed before the first intake, after 20, and after 40 days. Intake of the HA solution led to a significant
increase in skin elasticity and hydration and a significant decrease in skin roughness and wrinkle depths.
The supplement was well tolerated; no side effects were noted throughout the study.

Grape Seed Extract
Grape Seed Extract is a powerful antioxidant. Grape seed extract doesn’t just help protect cells from free
radicals; it scavenges throughout the body collecting free radicals. The research found that grape seed
extract has an intense free radical scavenging effect (FRSE) on free radicals. Grape seed extract protected
cells from the toxic effects of oxidative stressors.

Rose Hips and Vitamin C
Rosehips are thought to have more vitamin C than an orange or lemon. Vitamin C has antioxidant
properties. Research shows vitamin C may help reduce ultraviolet light damage caused by free radicals.
Vitamin C also supports collagen production, which helps reduce wrinkling. Finally, vitamin C may increase
wound healing and help prevent dry skin.

Biotin
Also known as vitamin B7 — is a B-complex vitamin that helps your body break down food into valuable energy.
Research shows that biotin helps improve skin’s hydration, smoothness, and appearance. In addition, some
studies show that biotin can strengthen fingernails and make them grow.
